With over 12 years of experience in professional development, I’ve worked at the intersection of talent acquisition, leadership consulting, and organizational strategy. As a recruiter, I’ve led the selection of hundreds of professionals and executives across industries such as Energy, Engineering, Banking, and Retail.

In parallel, I’ve provided specialized consulting for companies on critical topics like team formation, leadership development, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, career path design, and compensation analysis.
